AI for Legal & Compliance — Trainer Partner
Hybrid — Saudi Arabia · SA · Contract · On-site
Apply for this roleWe're looking for a senior legal or compliance professional who is also deep in AI to partner with Extend Academy and build our flagship course on AI for legal and compliance work.
This is a partnership, not a one-off recording job. You bring 10+ years of legal or compliance expertise and real AI practice; we bring course design support, production, the platform, and our learner community. You earn a revenue share on every enrollment, and the course carries your name.
Who the course is for Lawyers, in-house counsel, legal researchers, compliance officers, and contract managers.
What you'll do
Design and record a practical course built around real legal and compliance scenarios, taking learners from the basics to a finished project they can use at work.
Teach learners how to use AI for legal research, contract drafting and review, clause comparison, summarizing case files, laws, and regulations, compliance checklists, and client communications.
Show how to build repeatable workflows and automations that connect AI with the tools legal and compliance teams already use.
Teach rigorous verification of every citation and legal claim, client confidentiality, and the professional responsibility that always stays with the practitioner.
Create practical exercises, reusable templates, and a final project.
Teach learners to verify AI output, protect confidential information, and know when not to use AI.
Keep the course current as tools change and, over time, help shape further courses in your field.
What we're looking for
10+ years of hands-on experience in legal practice, in-house legal, or compliance, with a strong command of Saudi laws and regulations. You know how the work really gets done, not just the theory.
Deep, practical AI knowledge beyond chatting with an assistant: you run AI workflows, automations, or agents in your own work, and you can show them.
A clear understanding of AI's limits: hallucination, data privacy, and where human judgment must decide.
Clear, engaging teaching in Arabic, and the ability to explain technical ideas to nontechnical professionals.
A license to practice law in Saudi Arabia is a plus. Training, mentoring, or public-speaking experience is a plus. Previous course creation is not required.
The partnership
Revenue share on course sales.
Our team supports you with course structure, production, and launch.
Hybrid, based in Saudi Arabia. Applications are open with no fixed closing date.
To apply Tell us about your experience, show us how you use AI in your work, outline the course you would build, and upload a short on-camera video of you teaching one AI workflow from your field.
